Taking business meetings to the next level
Wunderman’s long-time client, Microsoft, gave us the chance to take what had been a drab business conference to the next level. Jumping in with both feet, Mat Krawczyck (Production Team) and I visited the site, took note of every informational device and signage opportunity, and developed a “customer journey.”
Until our visit, most informational signage/conveyance was either a letter-size sheet in a slipcase, or completely dependent upon one of many vendors or departments present at the event. We developed a system of signage that was affordable, reusable, and impressive. The look of all signage was now tied by one central branding that carried across all event collateral. We also redeveloped the “Innovation Center” to be more intuitive in its layout, and allow traffic to naturally flow around a circuit. Our concepts and redesign led to a growth in our account from hundreds of thousands, to millions of budget dollars.
